On Thursday, April 16, 2009, Emmanuel Dolo, Ph.D., research director, MMEP and Shawn Lewis, program associate, MMEP traveled to Rochester, Minn., to present the second in a series of forums addressing the academic achievement gap of students of color and American Indian students in Minnesota.
