Philosophy
MMEP partners with organizations that want to be part of its multicultural learning collaborative and its transformative process. We begin our research process on the premise that we do not have all the answers. Nevertheless, we also acknowledge that after 20 years, and as the oldest multicultural education collaborative in the state of Minnesota, we have acquired an expertise and knowledge area that is essential in fostering education equity.
Approach
MMEP's research process nurtures the personal development of individuals and organizations to cultivate academic achievement among underserved and hard-to-reach students with the ultimate goal of promoting education equity.
The MMEP Research Collaborative Table [RCT] is comprised of experts in education research, nonprofit executives, and community leaders.
