The intent of the Minnesota Covenant for Educational Equity with Excellence
[MCEEE] is to drive a greater sense
of urgency to finally eliminate race disparities in education in
Minnesota. Success will
ultimately depend on shifting the psychological climate from one where
disparities are accepted to one in which Minnesotans commit themselves
to clearly creating a set of expectations based on
equality.
